Owner, President, and Project Manager of King Villages Landscaping & Golf Construction, Esteban Gamez brings over 30 years of extensive experience in golf course construction. He founded E&M Golf Construction in Michigan in 2011, where he honed his skills and expertise before relocating to Florida in 2019. Upon his arrival, he rebranded the company as King Villages Landscaping & Golf Construction, continuing his commitment to excellence in the industry.
Troy LaGree
Vice President, Estimator, and Public Relations, Troy LaGree has over 25 years of experience in various business sectors. He joined King Villages in 2021, bringing valuable insights and expertise to the team. Troy is instrumental in overseeing project estimates and managing public relations, ensuring that KVL maintains strong connections with clients and stakeholders while delivering exceptional service. Together, Esteban and Troy lead a dedicated team focused on transforming visions into reality in the golf course construction industry.

Last year, out in the Austin, TX area, the crew under Esteban's supervision produced a respectable finished product, including greens construction, bunker renovation, sod install, clearing & under-brushing and drainage installation
More recently, working in the Tampa, FL area, constructing 4 test bunkers on the golf course to a rigid set of specifications was completed on time and within budget
